Dealing with the Charity Commission

Small organisations often have varied experiences dealing with the Charity Commission. The inflexibility around the turnover cut-off limits has a particular impact on smaller organisations (£5000 to register and over £20,000 considered a large charity). Their decision to eventually register all exempt and excepted charities will also bring many more charities into contact with the Commission.
